As Women’s Month draws to a close, we reflect on the role that platforms can play in enabling women to participate, compete, lead and inspire.
For Sasol, sponsorship is one of the ways we create these platforms, spaces where women can show up, pursue their potential and be recognised for what they bring. Through our longstanding investment in women’s sport in South Africa, from Banyana Banyana to Wheelchair basketball, we have seen the power of sustained support in creating visibility, developing talent and opening pathways for women and girls.

This is what #NtswembuNamanje represents, resilience, bravery and strength in action, not simply a celebration of women, but a commitment to creating the platforms and opportunities for women to express these qualities and shape what comes next.
As we look beyond Women’s month, our opportunity is to keep creating spaces where women can participate, lead, inspire and make their mark, in sport and beyond.
